Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within a period of 14 days after the receipt of the delivery. The product must be intact and still tagged with the initial label.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer can never be returned. Hang tags must still be attached to apply for a return. Sale items are non-refundable and are final sales. We can accept refunds on a gift card.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and that shipping fees for an exchange or return must be assumed by the buyer unless the return is for a fault of our own. Products purchased online are neither refundable or exchangeable at retailer stores.
Return process
- Contact our customer service at hello@madebyveri.com to receive the return address. In your email, indicate the invoice number, the style, colour and size of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return.
- If you are based in Canada, please use Canada Post. If you are based in the United States, please opt for USPS. For an international return, use the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once received, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as possible.
- USA or international returns: You must declare the return as “Canadian Goods Return”, as we will not accept packages that require customs fees and may result in the package being returned to you at your expense.
- Track your return using your tracking number, and send it to us by email to make sure we get it.
You will be refunded with the same payment method used during the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange or return will be made. In case the goods can not be exchanged, we will refund you.
We keep the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policies.
